These Terms of Service govern your use of the iTechFix website and the repair services provided at our physical retail locations. By using our website or services, you agree to these terms.
Our services
iTechFix provides in store electronics repair services. We do not provide remote technical support, third-party technical support, or online troubleshooting services. All repairs are performed at our physical retail locations.
Quotes & pricing
Prices shown on this website are starting estimates and may vary by device model and condition. We provide a clear quote before beginning any repair. You authorize the repair by approving the quote in store.
Repair guarantee
Completed repairs are backed by our 60 day guarantee, subject to the terms described on our Warranty page. The guarantee covers the parts replaced and workmanship of the repair, and excludes new damage that occurs after service.
Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for backing up your data before a repair. While we take care with every device, iTechFix is not responsible for data loss. Please remove or disclose any passwords or security locks needed to test the device.
Unclaimed devices
Devices left for more than 60 days after a completed or declined repair may be subject to storage fees or be considered abandoned, as permitted by applicable law.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, iTechFix's liability for any claim related to a repair is limited to the amount paid for that repair.
Trademarks
Apple, Samsung, Google and other brand names and logos referenced on this site are trademarks of their respective owners. iTechFix is an independent repair provider and is not affiliated with or endorsed by these manufacturers.
